Show Updates for 2025
We are moving to a juried vendor selection for 2025. This means your application may or may not be accepted based on product(s) categories, quality, originality, and other criteria outlined in the Show Information section below.
We will not accept payment for a booth space until your application has been approved. If approved, you will be sent an invoice via email to submit an online payment.
Photos submission will be required upon application for review.
We will be highlighting approved vendors via our Facebook page (Santa Claus Arts & Crafts) leading up to the show. Please be sure to provide your social media and/or website links on the registration form.
Show Information
GENERAL INFO:
Date/Time: Saturday, December 13, 2025, 9am - 4pm (Central Time).
Location: Heritage Hills Middle School, 3644 E County Road 1600 N, Lincoln City, IN 47552
Set-Up: Friday, December 12, 2025, 6:00 - 8:00pm (Central Time) and Saturday, December 13, 2025, 7:00 - 9:00am (Central Time)
Tear-Down: Saturday AFTER 4:00pm (Central Time). Vendors tearing down early may be excluded from future shows.
PERMITTED PRODUCTS:
Only arts, crafts, or food items handmade or grown by the vendor are acceptable for sale. Vendors are only permitted to sell items that were listed on their approved application. Any vendor not in compliance may be asked to modify their display or leave the show.
Up to ten (10) Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) vendors will be accepted. Only one booth per company will be allowed, but up to two booths selling the same type of product may be permitted. (Ex: We will not allow two Scentsy booths, but may allow Scentsy & Pink Zebra - which both sell candle products.)
Flea market/re-sale items are prohibited.
BOOTHS:
Booth sizes are approximately 9’ x 9’.
Non-electric booths: $60
Electric booths: $65 (Electric booths are for a single outlet and availability is limited.)
Vendors are asked to display their merchandise in a festive & attractive manner. However, products, displays, signage, etc. may not be attached to any wall, door, bleacher, floor, etc. under any circumstance.
Tables must be covered, with the cloths reaching the floor.
Tables & chairs are not provided.
Canopies/tents are prohibited.
OTHER:
Food/beverage & cosmetic vendors must have the required certificates/licenses by the State of Indiana and be in compliance with Indiana Code IC 16-42: Regulations of Food, Drugs, & Cosmetics. The Santa Claus Arts & Crafts Show Committee reserves the right to require a copy of a vendor’s certificate/license.
Vendors collecting Indiana Sales Tax must display their Retail Merchant Certificate in their booth.
Please respect that the use of this facility is a privilege to the Santa Claus Arts & Crafts Show and its vendors; all vendors should strive to keep their booth space & all common area free of trash and returned to the condition in which they received it.
