America’s Christmas Hometown, Inc. wants to help your business Deck the Town! Santa Claus area businesses and organizations may apply for a reimbursement grant to light up and decorate for the holiday season.

Who can apply?
Businesses/organizations located in and near Santa Claus, Indiana with public visibility may apply. Applicants who rent must provide proof of property owner’s permission.
What can I apply for?
Get festive! Outdoor lights, wreaths, garland, window displays, public artwork, décor, and installation.
What is ineligible?
Items not eligible include, but are not limited to, interior-only décor, signage, merchandise, and utility bills.
How much could I receive?
Reimbursements of up to $500 per business/organization are available. Reimbursements will not exceed the approved amount or the total of eligible receipts, whichever is less.
What is the deadline?
Submissions will be considered now through November 13, 2026. Funds are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The program may close early once funds are exhausted.
What else do I need to know?
Décor must be family friendly. Décor must be up and ready by November 25, 2026, and remain up through December 31, 2026. One application per business/organization.
Apply through the provided Google Form with your contact information, a photo of your business/location, and a short decorating plan with detailed expenses. Applications are reviewed in the order received.
HOW TO APPLY
All applicants will be notified within six (6) business days of submission by an email from AmericasChristmasHometown@gmail.com.
Approved applicants should send itemized receipts and two photos (one taken at night) by November 30, 2026, in reply to the notification email from AmericasChristmasHometown@gmail.com.
Receipts must be dated on or after October 12, 2026.
Receipts must match the items in the approved submission. Any changes to the plan must be approved in advance.
Photos may be used to promote the area during the holidays.
Approved reimbursements will be mailed within two weeks after all requirements are met.
Awards are forfeited if receipts and photos are not received by November 30, 2026. Checks not cashed within 90 days will be void.
Failure to meet requirements, including keeping the décor up through December 31, 2026, may affect future eligibility.
